• Next, we'll use some pretty cool 3D scanning technology to take digital impressions of your teeth. These impressions are sent to a lab where your custom aligners are made. Each set is designed to move your teeth little by little.

3. Receiving Your Aligners

• Once your aligners are ready, you'll get a few sets. You'll wear each set for about one to two weeks, then switch to the next set as your teeth gradually shift. Most people wear their aligners for 20 to 22 hours daily, taking them out only for meals and brushing.
